Services / Offshore Staffing

Your team, a few seats bigger. We handle everything around the seat.

Full-time people who work only for you, in your tools, to your priorities. We recruit them, employ them, give them a desk and a secured workstation, and deal with payroll, HR and attendance. You get one monthly rate per person.

Who does what.

Staffing only works when this line is clear. You manage the work. We manage the employment.

Not on the list? If the work can be done from a desk with a secure connection, ask. We will tell you honestly whether we can hire well for it.

Staffing, BPO or a project? Pick the sentence that sounds like you.

Offshore staffing fits.

You already have the process, the tools and someone to give direction. What you are missing is capacity. You get named people who join your stand-ups, work in your systems and answer to your managers.

Talk about a role

From brief to first day.

  1. Brief

The role, the tools, the hours, what good looks like after three months. We tell you if the brief is unrealistic before we start looking.

  2. Shortlist

We recruit and screen, then send you a small number of people we would hire ourselves, with our notes on each.

  3. Your interviews

You run them however you normally would: a call, a task, a panel. You make the decision.

  4. Onboarding

We set up the workstation and access. You introduce them to the team and the work. We check in with both sides through the first weeks.

One monthly rate per person.

The rate covers the person's salary, recruitment, their desk and equipment, security controls, HR and payroll administration, and an account manager on our side. It is quoted in US dollars before anyone is hired and it appears as one line per person on an itemized invoice.

If you add people or a role changes, the rate for each is agreed the same way, before anyone is hired.

When offshore staffing is the wrong choice.

We would rather say this here than find out in month two.

Nobody on your side can give daily direction.

A staffed person without a manager drifts. If you do not have time to direct the work, use BPO and let us manage it.

The work is a one-off.

A migration, a site rebuild or a cleanup of last year's books is a project with an end date, not a seat.

You need a few hours a week.

Staffing is full-time and dedicated. For small, irregular amounts of work, a managed service spreads the cost better.

The job has to happen on your premises.

Anything that needs hands on site or a face at your front desk is not something we can staff.

Questions

Who is the legal employer?

We are. The person is on our payroll, under our employment contract and our HR policies. Your agreement is a services contract with us for that person's full-time work, so you are not running payroll or employment paperwork in another country.

Do we choose the person?

Yes. We recruit against your brief and send a shortlist, you interview the candidates the way you would interview your own hires, and nobody starts without your yes.

What happens if the person is not working out?

Tell your account manager. We first try to fix it with coaching or a change in how the work is handed over. If that does not work, we recruit a replacement and manage the handover so the knowledge does not leave with the person.

Who owns the work they produce?

You do. Work product, code, documents and data created on your account belong to you under the services agreement, and every staff member signs confidentiality terms before they are given access to anything.

What hours do they work?

The hours you need. We staff both day and night shifts, so the working day is agreed per role when we take the brief.

How is this different from your BPO service?

With staffing, you direct the day-to-day work and the person follows your process. With BPO, we own the process: we write the procedure, manage the team and are accountable for turnaround and quality. Many clients use both for different kinds of work.

Tell us the role you cannot fill. We will tell you whether we can hire well for it.
