Who we are
CODE NOTICE, a company registered in Pakistan, with its office at Suite 611, Grand Square Mall, 8-E/3 Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan. Questions about this policy go to hello@codenotice.com.
What this website collects
Contact form. When you send an enquiry we receive the name, email address, company, role, selected services and message you type. We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to set up your account. It is sent to us by email through a form-delivery service and stored in our mailbox and client records.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and performance. We do not use it to identify visitors.
Analytics. If we enable analytics on this site, we will use a privacy-preserving service that does not set tracking cookies or follow you across other sites, and we will update this page to name it.
Cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own. Your browser may store a preference locally (for example, a remembered tab). Nothing is sent to us or to third parties from that storage.
Client data
When we do work for a client, we handle data inside the client's own systems under the client's instructions and our written agreement with them. That handling is governed by the service agreement, the confidentiality agreement and, where relevant, a Business Associate Agreement, not by this website policy. Our security practices are described on the security page.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and our email (hosting, form delivery, email provider), under their own contractual obligations, and where the law requires.
Retention
Enquiries we don't take forward are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as long afterwards as tax and contract law require.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@codenotice.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction that gives you additional rights, we honour those too.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here for at least 30 days.
