Services / Business Process Outsourcing
The repeatable work, run to a procedure you approve.
Support queues, claims, payroll runs, document checks. We take on the work that has to happen every day, write down exactly how it is done, and show you the numbers every week.
What we run for clients.
Start with one queue or one task line. Each gets its own procedure, its own targets and its own line on the invoice.

How a process moves over to us.
- Walkthrough
- Your person shows us the work as it is done today, exceptions included. We record it and ask the awkward questions.
- Procedure
- We write the steps, the rules and the escalation paths. You approve it before anything starts. It is versioned and it is yours.
- Pilot
- Two weeks on real work with everything reviewed by your side at first, then an agreed sample.
- Steady state
- A named team, a weekly report with volumes, turnaround and quality scores, and an itemized invoice that matches it.
Questions
Which processes are a good fit for outsourcing?
Work that repeats, follows rules and can be checked: queues, claims, reconciliations, document checks, scheduled reports. If a task needs judgement your own people have not written down yet, we help write it down first, then take it on.
How do you learn our process?
We sit through a walkthrough with the person who does the work today and draft a procedure from it. You correct it and sign it off. Nobody on our side touches live work until that document exists.
How is quality checked?
Your reviewer checks everything for the first days of a pilot, then an agreed sample. We run our own QA on top of that and report the scores, the misses and the fixes every week.
How is BPO work priced?
Either as a monthly rate per dedicated seat or as a rate per item processed, whichever matches the work. The price is agreed before work starts and every invoice line ties back to the weekly report.
Can BPO sit alongside your other services?
Yes. The same account manager and the same weekly report cover everything we run for you, whether that is a support desk, your bookkeeping or a software build.
