Designers and front-end developers who care about speed, accessibility and what happens to a site after launch.
Software Development
Engineers who can take a scoped milestone from a written brief to a working build on staging, and explain what they built.
IT Services
Helpdesk technicians and systems administrators who document what they fix so the next person does not start from zero.
BPO: Support and Back Office
Fluent English speakers for chat, email and phone desks, and detail-minded processors for billing, payroll and document work.
Bookkeeping
Accounting and business graduates, including those working toward ACCA or CA, who like a clean monthly close.

- Employment
- Directly employed. No subcontracting and no freelancers passing as staff. That applies to every team.

- You are trained on the client's account, tools and tone before you start live work, and again whenever the procedure changes.
- Procedures
- Every task has a written, versioned procedure. If something is unclear, the fix is to improve the document, not to guess.
- Feedback
- Work is quality-sampled every week against a rubric you can read. Good work is visible, and so is what to fix.
- Workplace
- Company-owned workstations in our own office, with managed access to client systems.
