Services / IT Services
An IT department, on a monthly fee.
A staffed helpdesk, monitoring around the clock, patching, backups, accounts and devices managed to a written standard. For businesses with 10 to 300 staff who need the IT to work and don't want to hire a team to make it.
Simulation. In practice each square is a device or service reporting patch level, disk, backup status and last check-in.
Problems found before someone has to call about them.
Break-fix IT waits for a ticket. Managed IT watches the fleet: which machines missed a patch, which backup didn't complete last night, which mailbox is filling up, which laptop hasn't checked in for a week. Most of those get fixed before anyone on your side notices.
The tickets still come, and they get answered. But the monthly report shows you what was prevented, not just what was repaired.
What's inside the monthly fee.
Routine work is covered flat, so there is never a reason to leave a problem unreported. Projects are scoped separately and quoted in writing.
Helpdesk
Tickets by email, chat or phone during the hours you choose. Password resets, software issues, new-starter setups, leaver offboarding, printer arguments.
Devices
Laptops, desktops and phones enrolled in management, encrypted, patched on a schedule, with endpoint protection reporting back.
Accounts and identity
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, multi-factor everywhere, least-privilege access, quarterly access reviews you can show an auditor.
Network
Firewalls, switches and Wi-Fi configured, monitored and documented. Guest and staff networks separated. Changes logged.
Backups and recovery
Backups that are tested by restoring them, not assumed. A written recovery plan with the order things come back in and how long it takes.
Cloud and vendors
AWS, Azure and SaaS administration, licence tidy-ups, and being the person who calls your internet provider so you don't have to.

Questions
Can you support our office remotely?
For most day-to-day IT, yes: helpdesk, account administration, device management, cloud services, backups and monitoring are all remote work. For hands-on tasks like replacing a switch, we coordinate a local technician or your own staff and walk them through it.
How do you get access to our systems?
Through named admin accounts you create for us, with multi-factor authentication, logged sessions, and access reviewed quarterly. We document every account we hold and you can revoke them in minutes.
What are your hours?
Helpdesk covers the business hours you choose; monitoring runs around the clock. After-hours emergency cover is available as an add-on with a defined response time.
What if we already have an IT person?
Then we usually take the tickets and the routine work so they can do projects. Plenty of clients keep one internal person and use us as the team behind them.
How is IT support priced?
A fixed monthly fee per user or per device, covering helpdesk and management, with projects (migrations, new offices, audits) quoted separately. No hourly billing for routine support, so nobody hesitates to open a ticket.
